We assist clients in preparing for Canadian Permanent Residence once they meet the program requirements, and gladly provide guidance and coordination in any specific situation.
Under Canadian law, only authorized representatives can provide immigration or citizenship advice, submit applications, or communicate with the Government of Canada on your behalf.
These authorized representatives may:
Explain and advise on immigration or citizenship options
Help choose the most suitable program
Complete and submit applications
Communicate with IRCC and other government departments
Represent clients in applications or hearings
Request GCMS (Global Case Management System) notes
Only the following professionals are authorized to charge a fee for these services in Canada:
Lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society
Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
Citizenship or immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC)
This does not apply to passport applications.
At IMCA Consultancy, we coordinate and support clients throughout their process, working alongside authorized professionals to ensure their applications are properly managed.
